Everything was good, I liked my stay. The staff were amicable and excellent and made me feel welcome. The room was gorgeous and modern with a view over courtyard. The attached restaurant was great with a wide range of meals in the menu. The stay was absolutely very nice.

The property was clean with efficient and amicable staff. Comfortable bed in the double room, plus tea/coffee making equipment, multi-channel television, and a writing desk. Nice restaurant, for lunch & dinner.

Comfortable and clean, warm feeling, well situated for exploring historical town.

Some rooms have ventilation outside which means you can't open the window at night, some in our party did not sleep well because of this.

Located very close to the morning market and town center, the units are clean with provided toiletries, a bar, tea/coffee, and exceptional staff.

The room at Hotel Europa was amazing! It had everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The laptop-friendly workspace was perfect for my business needs, and the air conditioning kept the room cool and comfortable. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, allowing me to stay connected at all times. The video projector and Apple TV were fantastic additions, providing entertainment options right in the room. The audio and video systems were top-notch, and the satellite TV with Sky, Mediaset Premium, and satellite channels kept me entertained throughout my stay. the room was well-equipped and exceeded my expectations.

The only thing I liked less about the room was the size of the single bed. But this is just my personal preference, and others might not mind it at all.

A Hidden Gem in the Heart of Chivasso

During my recent stay at a charming hotel in Chivasso, I experienced the warmest hospitality and a enjoyable stay. What impressed me the most was the very nice personalized service provided by the staff. From the friendly receptionist to the attentive waitstaff, every member of the team made me feel welcome and cared for throughout my stay.

The hotel offers a variety of places to relax, such as the gardens, pool, and courtyard area. Guests can enjoy stunning views in the giant conservatory during breakfast or experience the charming town centre. the rooms are spacious, clean, and modern with comfortable amenities such as air conditioning and ensuite bathrooms.

The hotel needs to improve its Wi-Fi signal, especially in the evening when the signal is there, but without data.
